| Q - Can I use a dimming light switch on all your light fittings? | A - You can dim all incandescent lamps, standard light bulbs – candle lamps etc… and

| Q - Do I need an electrician to connect this light to the electric supply? | A - Please see the latest building regulations for electrical installations in the home. Part P of the building regulations is the latest amendment and this governs which installations have to be done by a competent electrician. Please consult this before installing our lights. | Q - How can I purchase my spare parts from you? Do you take credit cards/Cash/Cheque? | A - Please do not send cash. However you can pay by cheque or we accept all major credit cards. To pay by cheque please make the cheque out to Trident Ltd. Please be aware that there is a 2% surcharge on credit cards. |
| Q - Are these lights suitable to be used abroad? | A - Generally the answer to this is no as the fitting in the UK is 240V and the fitting in Europe is 220V. |
